Sales Intern - HQ

We're looking for an intern to support our Sales Team.


The Sales Intern carries out a number of daily functions to help the Business Development Specialists do their job as effectively as possible. You will be the right hand to the Sales team, helping them conduct various tasks, depending on the particular sales representative’s needs, and it is the intern’s job to help the process run as efficiently as possible. This position will allow the intern exposure to the entire sales process, as well as the opportunity to interact with different levels of management.  

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales representatives while they are out of the office or traveling
  • Creating and organizing prospect leads and spreadsheets
  • Administer targeting mailing campaigns and cold calling initiatives
  • Helping with the Sales department’s marketing strategies
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed


  • Maintain professionalism; listen carefully and the ability to be proactive
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a time-constrained environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, discretion and flexibility in work hours
  • Ability to effectively communicate, and to be well organized
  • Junior or Senior working towards a Bachelor’s degree
