We are looking for goal-orientated, highly organized and energetic individuals to join our growing team.

Project Coordinators assist with requests for basic translation projects and all interpretation projects. Your primary responsibilities will be learning the ins and outs of Project Management, Localization and Quality Assurance. This junior level role has the potential to grow into a Project Manager position.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage assigned projects from beginning to end under supervision of Team Lead
  • Ensures all quality control procedures are followed for each project
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by Team Lead

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail and organization
  • Effectively manage project schedules and work within time constraints
  • Highly proficient level of oral and written English, including proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomacy and customer service skills
  • Strong sense of professionalism and telephone etiquette
  • Assertive attitude and good judgment

Qualifications:

  • Previous client service experience preferred
  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Project Manager - HQ / Remote

We are looking for skilled Project Managers to join our remote PM team on a full time, permanent basis.

Our Project Managers will work closely with linguists, vendors and other external partners. To be successful we are looking for candidates who have at least one year working remotely and two years of Localization Project Management.

Essential Functions:

  • Identifies qualified linguists for projects based on specific criteria
  • Schedules translators, editors and proofreaders as well as desktop publishing (DTP) needs
  • Ensures all quality control procedures are followed for each engagement
  • Reviews and finalizes all delivered work from linguists for adherence to client specifications
  • Manages/monitors linguists throughout production cycle for every project
  • Provides feedback regarding linguist performance
  • Assists in identifying areas for vendor improvement

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
  • Effectively manage project schedules and work within time constraints
  • Highly proficient level of oral and written English, including proofreading skills
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomacy and customer service skills
  • Good judgment, extreme discretion and flexibility in work hours

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project Manager Professional certification required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Plunet & MemoQ preferred but not required

As our new receptionist, you will provide general office support with a variety of activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, greeting clients and providing backup coverage for our Business Development Specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming and make some outbound calls
